Using TimeCompanion Desktop Edition you can report time by project time category & cost category. You can also enter a description of each time entry & specify an invoice date.

There are several views in the system. Time entries can be made in a week view or day view. With the category manager you can add customers & manage time- & cost categories. There are several reports available for data analysis & export. For example you can view time by customer project or time category. It is possible to export time data in order to aggregate it in a central location . You can also extract data for invoicing. The optional Microsoft Access report tool makes it possible to customize reports & invoice specifications. Using cut & paste functionality you can transfer data to other applications for further processing. The system can be used by individuals or workgroups. For workgroup use the database is shared by several users on the local area network. The download file is supplied with a freeware evaluation license. It is possible to report time on three active projects for evaluation purposes.
