It can export much more data than build-in export functionality in Outlook. It allows also for exporting user-defined properties from Outlook items it is faster & easier to use. The program supports data export from all types of folders: Contact Calendar E-mail Post Task Journal Notes. After installing CodeTwo Outlook Export when you start Outlook you will see a new icon added to the end of the standard toolbar. Click it to start CodeTwo Outlook Export program. You can also start it by selecting CodeTwo Outlook Export - data export command in Outlook Tools menu. In CodeTwo Outlook Export program you can choose if you want to export data for all items from the currently selected folder or only for the selected items.
